Hosted MT5 pricing 2026: what 1, 3 or 5 accounts really cost.

If you automate TradingView alerts, MT5 has to stay online 24/7 somewhere. Here is the full monthly bill for the three usual ways to do it — a managed MT5 bundle, PineConnector with Edge, and a classic Windows VPS plus a bridge — with every price checked on the vendor’s own page.

The short answer

Hosted MT5 cost, October 2026

A hosted MT5 terminal costs from $6.99/month on its own (SFCloud, no bridge) and from $9.99/month with a TradingView-to-MT5 bridge included (SignalForge Starter + SFCloud). PineConnector bundles its Edge hosting into plans from $59/month. A Windows VPS you manage yourself runs from about EUR 10 to $40+/month before the bridge. In every case the paid TradingView plan is extra.

  • SignalForge bundles: bridge + 1 hosted terminal ($9.99), bridge + up to 3 ($19.99), or Pro with 5 accounts + 5 terminals ($29.99).
  • PineConnector: Edge included for 1, 3 or 5 connections on Core, Plus and Pro.
  • Windows VPS + bridge: full Windows control; you install, update and restart everything.

Total monthly cost by number of accounts

Each cell is what you pay per month to have that many MT5 accounts running 24/7 and receiving TradingView alerts. For the VPS rows we add the SignalForge bridge, because a VPS alone does not connect TradingView to MT5.

Prices verified 4 October 2026 on each vendor’s official page: SignalForge pricing; PineConnector license page (Core and Plus show launch prices with the standard rate next to them); ForexVPS.net list prices (it currently advertises a promo code that lowers them to $32 and $48/month, and from $25.60/month billed yearly); Contabo list prices in EUR with VAT (it shows a lower promotional rate for the first 24 months, and the Windows licence is quoted as “from”). Extra SignalForge accounts are $3/month each. VPS sizing follows each host’s own recommendation; heavy EAs may need a bigger plan. None of these prices includes your TradingView subscription.

Over twelve months, one hosted account costs $119.88 on the SignalForge bundle, $708 on PineConnector Core at its launch price and about $540 on a ForexVPS Core plus a bridge at list price. Managed MT5 vs a VPS: what you are really paying for

Both keep MT5 online while your computer is off. The difference is who does the work around it.

Topic
Managed MT5 (SFCloud, Edge)
Windows VPS
Windows and security patches
The provider’s job.
Yours: updates, reboots, RDP security.
MT5 updates and restarts
Handled by the provider; keeping the terminal running is part of the service.
You notice when MT5 closes after an update and start it again.
Access
The MT5 terminal in your browser (SFCloud, over HTTPS). No full desktop.
Full Windows desktop by remote desktop.
Other software
Built around the bridge; not a general-purpose machine.
Anything: several EAs, copiers, Market products, other terminals.
Location and broker latency
Fixed regions (SFCloud: United Kingdom and France).
You pick the data centre (ForexVPS lists 22 locations) close to your broker’s server.
Set-up
Log in to your broker from the dashboard; SFCloud is ready about 30 minutes after checkout.
Install MT5, the EA, the bridge and the WebRequest whitelist yourself.

On latency, keep perspective. Our measured median from webhook arrival to confirmed order was about 0.5 seconds (19-23 September 2026: ~56 ms on our servers, ~116 ms network, ~250 ms EA plus broker). TradingView itself usually takes a few seconds to send the webhook, so for alert-driven trading the hosting choice rarely changes the result. If you scalp on a broker whose server sits far from the UK or France, a VPS next to that server is the honest answer. More in the best VPS for MT5 and PineConnector Edge vs a VPS.

SFCloud’s limits, said plainly

A cheap hosted terminal is only cheap if it fits what you run. Before you choose SFCloud, check this list:

  • No MQL5 Market EAs. Products bought on the Market are not supported yet.
  • No compiling. You can upload your own compiled .ex5 and .set files (up to 10 MB); .mq5 source is not compiled inside.
  • Two regions. Data centres in the United Kingdom and France only.
  • Not instant. The terminal is ready about 30 minutes after checkout.
  • MT5 only. MT4 is not supported.
  • Standalone SFCloud ($6.99) has no bridge and no trial. It is a hosted MT5 terminal; to receive TradingView alerts you need a bridge plan, which is why the bundles are better value. Pro and Elite have no trial either.

What you do get: each terminal in its own isolated container, browser access over HTTPS, and your broker login written only to the terminal’s own configuration, never to our database. Full details on the SFCloud page.

Which one fits your setup

  • One to five accounts driven by TradingView alerts: a SignalForge bundle is the lowest total cost, and the two bundles can be tested for 14 days without a card.
  • You already pay for PineConnector and like it: Edge is included in your plan, so a separate VPS rarely makes sense.
  • Market EAs, several vendors’ tools or a specific data centre: a Windows VPS. SignalForge also runs on your own VPS or PC from $4.99/month.

FAQ

How much does a hosted MT5 cost in 2026?

A hosted MT5 terminal costs from $6.99/month on its own (SFCloud, no bridge included) or $9.99/month bundled with the SignalForge bridge (Starter + SFCloud). PineConnector includes its Edge hosting in plans from $59/month. A Windows VPS you run yourself costs roughly EUR 10 to $40+/month before you add any bridge. A paid TradingView plan is extra in every case.

Is SFCloud a VPS?

No. SFCloud is a managed MT5 terminal built for the SignalForge bridge: each terminal runs in its own isolated container and you use it from your browser over HTTPS. You do not get a Windows desktop to install other software, and you do not have to patch Windows or keep MT5 alive yourself.

Can I run my own EA on a hosted MT5?

On SFCloud, yes, if it is compiled: you upload your own .ex5 and .set files (up to 10 MB) from the dashboard and attach them. It does not compile .mq5 source and MQL5 Market EAs are not supported. If you depend on Market products or several third-party tools, a Windows VPS is the better fit. More on SFCloud.

Is hosted MT5 cheaper than a VPS?

For one to five accounts used with a TradingView bridge, usually yes: a bundle starts at $9.99/month all-in, while a forex VPS plus a bridge starts around $15/month on a budget host and around $45/month on a forex-specialised one. A VPS is still worth it when you need full Windows control or many unrelated programs. See the best VPS for MT5.

Is there a free trial for hosted MT5?

Yes. Starter + SFCloud and Trader + SFCloud include a 14-day free trial without a card. If the trial ends without a card, the subscription pauses, nothing is charged and the hosted terminal is deleted 48 hours later. Standalone SFCloud, Pro and Elite are paid from day one.

Do I still need a paid TradingView plan?

Yes. TradingView webhooks require a paid plan (Essential or higher), whichever bridge or hosting you choose. That subscription is paid to TradingView and is not included in any price on this page.
