01Service description

SignalForge AI is an automated alert connection service between TradingView and MetaTrader 5. We are not a financial advisor, a broker, or a regulated entity. We do not provide investment advice or manage third-party funds.

Shared infrastructure notice

Your SFCloud terminal operates in a shared, multi-user cloud environment. As is standard with commercial trading VPS services, the outgoing connection of your terminal may use a public IP address that can be shared with other users. Your terminal runs in its own isolated environment with a unique terminal identity, and your trading account remains exclusively under your control. If your broker or proprietary trading firm requires a unique dedicated IP address, a dedicated-IP add-on is available upon request.

02Usage requirements

To use SignalForge AI you need:

  • A TradingView account with webhook capability.
  • An account with a broker offering MetaTrader 5.
  • To accept that trading involves risk of capital loss.

03Plans & billing

We offer monthly subscription plans. Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to taxes depending on your location. Billing is processed on a recurring basis through Stripe. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial period.

04Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe dashboard or by contacting us via email. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially consumed periods, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

05Acceptable use

The following is prohibited:

  • Sharing your account or credentials with third parties.
  • Reselling or redistributing the service.
  • Using the service for market manipulation or other illegal activities.
  • Attempting to overload or exploit the service infrastructure.
  • Using high-frequency strategies designed to saturate the API.

06Service suspension policy

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the bridge before paying for it. The trial is a one-time benefit per person, and we enforce this rule actively: creating additional accounts to get more than one free trial (for example with a different email, from the same device, or linking the same MT5 account) is a direct violation of these terms.

IMPORTANT If we detect that you created a duplicate account to extend a free trial, the new account may be suspended without prior notice. The free trial is intended for serious evaluation, not to be repeated.

Accounts suspended for this reason lose access to the service immediately. The existing account continues under its normal terms until its paid period ends. To keep using the platform after a suspension, you must set up a valid payment method. Suspensions decided after manual review are not refundable.

07Sanctions & restricted countries

SignalForge AI is not available to anyone located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. It is also not available to anyone listed on a sanctions list of the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom or the United States, or owned or controlled by someone on such a list.

IMPORTANT By creating an account you confirm that none of the above applies to you. You must not use a VPN, proxy or remote server to access the service from a restricted country.

If we have reason to believe that an account breaches this section, we may suspend or close it immediately, in accordance with applicable law. This applies to free trials as well as to payments made by any method, including cryptocurrency.

08Limitation of liability

READ THIS SignalForge AI acts exclusively as an alert connection bridge. We do not guarantee profits or specific results. You trade at your own risk.

We are not responsible for losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: execution errors, latency, broker outages, disconnections, or TradingView failures.

09Service availability

We strive to keep the service operational 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. In the event of prolonged unscheduled interruptions, we will evaluate compensation on a case-by-case basis.

10Intellectual property

All software, design, code, and content of SignalForge AI is the property of its creators. The Expert Advisor (EA) provided is for the subscriber's personal use and may not be redistributed, decompiled, or modified.

11Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify relevant changes via email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

12Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Alicante, Spain.
