01Billing & subscriptions
We offer monthly subscription plans. Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to taxes depending on your location. Billing is processed on a recurring basis through Stripe. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial period.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
02Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe dashboard or by contacting us via email. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
03Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partially consumed periods, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.
A partially consumed period means any time already elapsed in your current billing cycle. Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for, there is nothing pro-rated to return.
04Marketplace purchases
Some of our products (for example, the Recovery EA on MQL5 Market) are sold through third-party marketplaces. Those purchases are subject to the marketplace's own refund policy, not this one.
05Exceptional cases & contact
If you believe an exceptional case applies to you, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your account details and a short explanation. We review every request personally.
