Do I need a VPS to use SignalForge?+

Use your own running MT5 terminal or SFCloud today. Starter + one SFCloud terminal is $9.99/month. Standalone SFCloud is $6.99/month for manual trading, without the bridge. Pro ($29.99/month: 5 SFAccounts + 5 SFClouds) and Elite ($49.99/month: 10 + 10) are available today, paid from day one with no trial.

Does the AI decide trades for me?+

You choose the strategy and risk settings. SFScoring and the other advanced features are planned for Pro and Elite in Q1 2027 and are not available today. You configure the current account filters.

Does it work with prop firms?+

Use an MT5 account whose provider permits the EA and your strategy. Prop Firm Shield on Trader helps apply configured limits but cannot guarantee avoiding every drawdown breach.

How many signals can I send?+

Unlimited signals on every plan, including Starter at $4.99/mo. We don't meter, throttle or charge per-signal — ever.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. No commitments, no penalties. Cancel from your welcome link or email me directly — the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Is SignalForge secure?+

Keep your webhook URL private. Local execution uses your MT5 terminal. SFCloud needs the broker credentials requested during setup to log into MT5. Never put passwords in TradingView alert messages.

What happens if my PC shuts down?+

Local MT5 stops processing when its computer is off. SFCloud runs MT5 remotely and is available today. The 14-day no-card trial covers only the Starter and Trader bridge plans; the Starter + SFCloud and Trader + SFCloud bundles and standalone SFCloud are paid from day one.

Does it work with demo accounts?+

Yes, both demo and live. Most traders start on demo for a few days, validate the bridge end-to-end, then flip the EA to a funded account.

Which brokers are compatible?+

Use a broker offering MT5 and permitting automated trading on your account. Verify the server, symbols and instrument limits on demo.

Do I need paid TradingView?+

TradingView needs webhook access and two-factor authentication enabled. Check its current plan requirements; TradingView is a separate subscription.

How do I switch from PineConnector to SignalForge?+

SignalForge v4 supports selected PineConnector-style commands. Check sizing, pending-entry units and account routing on demo; not every parameter migrates unchanged.

Does SignalForge work on Mac and Windows?+

For local setup, use a supported MT5 installation with the EA running. SFCloud is accessible from a browser on Mac or Windows today; it does not require waiting for Pro.

What is the signal latency and uptime?+

Latency varies with alert delivery, terminal, broker and market conditions. Available live measurements are not a guaranteed fill time. Check results and timestamps for your own account.

Can I manage SignalForge from my phone?+

The dashboard is available from your phone browser today. MT5 and the EA still run locally or on SFCloud. Notifications depend on plan and configuration.

How do I get support if I have a problem?+

Contact soporte@signalforge-ai.com or the support links in your dashboard. Include the signal time and error, with passwords and tokens removed.
