Why so cheap?
The honest answer, not the marketing one
Three reasons, none of them a trick. First: lean, self-owned infrastructure — the bridge runs on our own stack, not on layers of resold cloud services with margins stacked on margins. Second: no middlemen — no Shopify storefront, no agency retainer, no affiliate payouts baked into the price. Third: support comes from the founder, directly, usually same day — there is no support department to amortize.
And just as important: no fake urgency. You will not find a permanent “70% OFF” banner or a countdown timer that resets every day. $4.99 is the normal price, not a promo that expires. The only discount mechanic that exists is the 14-day free trial — and it is genuinely free, with no card.

Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days free on the Starter and Trader bridge plans, no credit card required. The SFCloud bundles have no trial — they are paid from day one because the cloud server is provisioned for you immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked in your dashboard under Billing), with no penalty and no lock-in. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens if I exceed my MT5 account limit?
Two options: add extra MT5 accounts for $3/mo each to your current plan, or upgrade — upgrades are prorated automatically by Stripe, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
Do you offer refunds?
We handle it honestly and case by case: write to [email protected] telling us what happened and we review it. We would rather lose one payment than keep an unhappy customer.
