How bundles are billed: both bundles are paid from day one — there is no free trial. Your terminal is built right after payment (usually within about 30 minutes). Cancel any time from the dashboard and the subscription simply does not renew. If you only want to try the bridge first, Starter and Trader keep their 14-day free trial with no card. Standalone SFCloud has no trial either. Existing customers can switch to a bundle from the dashboard and we prorate the change.

Why so cheap?
The honest answer, not the marketing one
Three reasons, none of them a trick. First: lean, self-owned infrastructure — the bridge runs on our own stack, not on layers of resold cloud services with margins stacked on margins. Second: no middlemen — no Shopify storefront, no agency retainer, no affiliate payouts baked into the price. Third: support comes from the founder, directly, usually same day — there is no support department to amortize.
And just as important: no fake urgency. You will not find a permanent “70% OFF” banner or a countdown timer that resets every day. $4.99 is the normal price, not a promo that expires. The only discount mechanic that exists is the 14-day free trial on the Starter and Trader bridge plans — and it is genuinely free, with no card. The SFCloud bundles, Pro and Elite have no trial.

Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days free, no credit card required, on the Starter and Trader bridge plans. If the trial ends without a card, the subscription is paused and nothing is charged. The Starter + SFCloud ($9.99/mo) and Trader + SFCloud ($19.99/mo) bundles have no trial: they are paid from day one and the hosted MT5 terminal is built right after payment. Standalone SFCloud ($6.99/mo, MT5 for manual trading, no bridge) has no trial either — it is paid from day one. Pro ($29.99/mo) and Elite ($49.99/mo) have no free trial either: a card is required and they are billed from day one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked in your dashboard under Billing), with no penalty and no lock-in. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens if I exceed my MT5 account limit?
Two options: add extra MT5 accounts for $3/mo each to your current plan, or upgrade — upgrades are prorated automatically by Stripe, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
Do you offer refunds?
We handle it honestly and case by case: write to soporte@signalforge-ai.com telling us what happened and we review it. We would rather lose one payment than keep an unhappy customer.
Why is SignalForge so cheap compared to alternatives?

Can the price change?
