This page checks our three production components from your browser, live: the webhook API that receives your alerts, the push delivery layer that feeds your EA, and the SFCloud control plane that runs your hosted terminals.

Each row is a live reachability check from your browser against the component's public health endpoint. Online means the service answered; Unreachable means your browser could not complete the request (which can also be your own network or a corporate proxy). This page runs entirely in your browser: nothing is sent to us.
Reachability is not a guarantee of execution quality or a full monitoring solution: broker-side latency, symbol availability and your own TradingView alerts sit outside these endpoints. If everything shows Online and your signals are not executing, contact support with the alert time and the affected symbol.
Your browser completed a request to that component's public health endpoint, so the service is alive and reachable from your network. The health endpoints answer 200 when the service is alive.
Not necessarily: a corporate proxy, VPN or your own connection can block the request. Try Re-check now and, if it persists, check whether other sites load. If the Webhook API row stays red while other sites work, email us.
On page load and whenever you press Re-check now. There is no background polling; the checks run in your browser.
Email us with the alert time and symbol, passwords removed. The founder reads support.
