1. Descripción del servicio
SignalForge AI es un servicio de conexión automatizada de alertas entre TradingView y MetaTrader 5. No somos un asesor financiero, un broker ni una entidad regulada. No proporcionamos consejo de inversión ni gestionamos fondos de terceros.
2. Requisitos de uso
Para utilizar SignalForge AI necesitas:
- Disponer de una cuenta en TradingView con capacidad de webhooks.
- Disponer de una cuenta en un broker que ofrezca MetaTrader 5.
- Aceptar que el trading conlleva riesgo de pérdida de capital.
3. Planes y facturación
Ofrecemos planes de suscripción mensual. Los precios se muestran en USD y pueden estar sujetos a impuestos según tu ubicación. El cobro se realiza de forma recurrente a través de Stripe. El plan Starter incluye un periodo de prueba gratuita de 7 días.
4. Cancelación y reembolsos
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde tu panel de Stripe o contactándonos por email. La cancelación es efectiva al final del periodo de facturación en curso. No ofrecemos reembolsos por periodos parciales ya consumidos, salvo en casos excepcionales a nuestra discreción.
5. Uso aceptable
Queda prohibido:
- Compartir tu cuenta o credenciales con terceros.
- Revender o redistribuir el servicio.
- Utilizar el servicio para manipulación de mercado u otras actividades ilegales.
- Intentar sobrecargar o explotar la infraestructura del servicio.
- Utilizar estrategias de alta frecuencia diseñadas para saturar la API.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
SignalForge AI actúa exclusivamente como puente de conexión de alertas. No garantizamos beneficios ni resultados específicos. No somos responsables de pérdidas derivadas del uso del servicio, incluyendo pero no limitado a: errores de ejecución, latencia, caídas del broker, desconexiones o fallos de TradingView. El usuario opera bajo su propia responsabilidad.
7. Disponibilidad del servicio
Nos esforzamos por mantener el servicio operativo 24/7 pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida. Podemos realizar mantenimientos programados con previo aviso. En caso de interrupción prolongada no programada, evaluaremos compensaciones caso por caso.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Todo el software, diseño, código y contenido de SignalForge AI es propiedad de sus creadores. El Expert Advisor (EA) proporcionado es para uso personal del suscriptor y no puede ser redistribuido, descompilado ni modificado.
9. Modificaciones
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos. Notificaremos cambios relevantes por email con al menos 15 días de antelación. El uso continuado del servicio tras la notificación implica aceptación de los nuevos términos.
10. Legislación aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los juzgados y tribunales de Alicante, España.

1. Service description
SignalForge AI is an automated alert connection service between TradingView and MetaTrader 5. We are not a financial advisor, a broker, or a regulated entity. We do not provide investment advice or manage third-party funds.
2. Usage requirements
To use SignalForge AI you need:
- A TradingView account with webhook capability.
- An account with a broker offering MetaTrader 5.
- To accept that trading involves risk of capital loss.
3. Plans and billing
We offer monthly subscription plans. Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to taxes depending on your location. Billing is processed on a recurring basis through Stripe. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial period.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe dashboard or by contacting us via email. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially consumed periods, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
The following is prohibited:
- Sharing your account or credentials with third parties.
- Reselling or redistributing the service.
- Using the service for market manipulation or other illegal activities.
- Attempting to overload or exploit the service infrastructure.
- Using high-frequency strategies designed to saturate the API.
6. Limitation of liability
SignalForge AI acts exclusively as an alert connection bridge. We do not guarantee profits or specific results. We are not responsible for losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: execution errors, latency, broker outages, disconnections, or TradingView failures. The user trades at their own risk.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the service operational 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. In the event of prolonged unscheduled interruptions, we will evaluate compensation on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual property
All software, design, code, and content of SignalForge AI is the property of its creators. The Expert Advisor (EA) provided is for the subscriber's personal use and may not be redistributed, decompiled, or modified.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify relevant changes via email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Alicante, Spain.

6. 责任限制
SignalForge AI仅作为警报连接桥。我们不保证利润或特定结果。我们不对使用服务产生的损失负责，包括但不限于：执行错误、延迟、经纪商宕机、断连或TradingView故障。用户自行承担交易风险。
7. 服务可用性
我们努力保持服务7×24小时运行，但不保证不间断可用。我们可能会提前通知进行计划维护。对于长时间非计划中断，我们将逐案评估补偿。
8. 知识产权
SignalForge AI的所有软件、设计、代码和内容均属于其创建者。提供的Expert Advisor (EA)仅供订阅者个人使用，不得重新分发、反编译或修改。
9. 修改
我们保留修改这些条款的权利。我们将通过邮件提前至少15天通知相关变更。通知后继续使用服务即表示接受新条款。
10. 适用法律
这些条款受西班牙法律管辖。任何争议应提交至西班牙阿利坎特法院。
